Everything is energy

We’ve all heard this before, but have you ever stopped to think about what this really means? And more importantly, how does it affect you personally?

It’s more than just woo woo hippy speak. It’s a scientifically proven fact, and you can see it when you break out your super powerful microscope and drill down to the atomic and subatomic particle level. Everything is moving and vibrates, creating a unique vibration or frequency.

This includes people, animals, plants, mountains, rocks, food, metals, light, color, literally everything. Words, thoughts and emotions are also energy and create vibrations. (Emotions are said to be energy in motion). And anything can have a vibrational influence or impact on anything else, and whether it can be seen or not, the reaction can be measured, observed or felt.

So Einstein’s quote above is telling in that we now have so many different alternative health modalities, including sound healing, talk therapy, aromatherapy, light therapy, meditation, breath work, physical movement, time in nature, water, tea, superfoods, essential oils, acupuncture and more.

All of these can impact our body’s frequency in a positive way, and can be considered to be a type of vibrational medicine or frequencies. Everything is connected.

That being said, my point with this post is that you can change your ‘state’ as Tony Robbins described it, which is basically how you’re feeling at any given moment. You have the power to change yourself with your thoughts, words, posture, movement, what you eat and drink, what you look at or read, things you put on or in your body, essential oils, music, all the things.

Choose things that make you feel joy, peace, calm, happy, excited, or just better.

One of the things I love to share is the power of the Emotion Code process, which helps remove some of the old, stagnant, heavy vibrations that get trapped in our bodies and weigh us down. Think of it as getting rid of the emotional baggage or trash. And since it’s all energy, you can clear it out and make more space for the positive, good vibrations.

Emotion Code sessions are 30 minutes, and in that time I can help you clear between 5 - 10 trapped emotions. You can do a 'general’ session, or focus on a specific issue you’d like help with. Maybe it’s something holding you back from achieving a goal, some physical pain, or a fear… whatever’s bothering you the most or holding you back, whether it’s physical or emotional, there’s probably some trapped emotions at the root of it.

Many clients report feeling less pain almost immediately, and lighter or feeling a sense of relief, even after 1 or 2 sessions. It’s a great way to help yourself feel better, so why not give it a try?
