Like any journey, it begins with one small step, literally placing one foot in front of the other. It's the same with your journey to feel better: You start where you are. No excuses, no blaming, no shaming. Your past decisions and choices got you to where you are now, and if you're not happy with any of it, here's your opportunity to change it.
We start by subtracting the stuff that's no longer serving you, and adding in some new stuff. Sometimes it's easier to reverse that, and start by adding in simple, good things first. This tends to take up more space and time, which pushes out the not-so-good stuff, and makes it seem less appealing.
Here is the foundation for everything else you'll see here, so I'm just going to jump in. Some of this information will be new for you, so go easy. Details will follow, and it will all make sense.
Eliminate the toxins: In your food, water, personal care & household cleaners. (This includes eliminating junk food, processed food, fake food, chemical filled energy drinks & sodas, toxic skin & beauty care products, synthetic fragrances, synthetic room deodorizers, chemical filled household cleaners, etc.)
Next, add in the good stuff:
Clean, real, mostly plant food, clean water, hydrogen water
, non-toxic skin care, non-toxic household cleaners, pure essential oils
, whole food supplements, etc. One of the easiest changes is incorporating essential oils as part of your overall healthcare and wellness.
Dial in your personal daily habits of healthy eating, movement, meditation, rest & sleep. Create a plan or checklist of things you will actually do, to keep yourself on track.
